I had purchased my Honda CR-V Hybrid from Suburban in Oct ‘23. I came back in Jan ‘24, & spoke with Svc mgr Jeff Smith, who was Extremely Helpful & Informative in answering a bundle of questions I had for h ‘23. I came back in Jan ‘24, & spoke with Svc mgr Jeff Smith, who was Extremely Helpful & Informative in answering a bundle of questions I had for him, & I drove away Completely Satisfied. So, on Wed 5/29/24, I drove in again, & asked for Jeff, so he could set up my 1st oil, filter & tire rotation (7,400mi). Jeff was off that day, but Brenden Miller was there, and checked to see the wait time for today. He returned & told me 1hr 10min, so I left my CR-V, and after 25min, Brenden announced that my car was ready! Brenden was the perfect “fill-in” for Jeff Smith, Both having excellent Customer Service Skills! My newest opinion of Suburban Honda is that “Every employee here should be teaching Customer Service Skills to Honda USA Corporate Staff! Suburban is the BEST!!…. More
First met Jeff when he supported Acura cars about 10 years ago. He transitioned over to Honda, so our interaction was limited until I purchased a Civic for my mom. Jeff has always reached out to me to advise of the service my mom's car needed so that i would be in the loop of what's going on. I am and always will be grateful for his thoroughness and consultative expertise. Great listener, even better explainer of situations as it pertains to repairs. The worst experience I have ever faced. I left my car for an oil change, and after 1 hour, Mr. Jeff Smith called me and told me that one of my tires had a nail and they wanted to change all I left my car for an oil change, and after 1 hour, Mr. Jeff Smith called me and told me that one of my tires had a nail and they wanted to change all four tires as they don’t have Michelin tires. I just replaced all my tires 6 months back.🤔 I have been using their services for the last 3 years, and I was a little skeptical about their charges, as they were charging a lot for the normal services. But I was blown away by their demands this time. The service advisor informed me that I have to change the transmission fluid, which will cost around $700–800, and that the spark valve adjustment will take another $300. I am not sure how he thought I would believe him. They are robbing us, and I am not going to go to them now and will tell my friends to avoid them too. Earlier, I used to pay the bill in the cashier's office, but these advisors are now charging the money in their cubicles. Is it a new policy or something? I am skeptical about it. Sorry, I don’t want to give it a single star either. More

I have given honda for check engine light problem. Service rep told me that replacing fuel injector will fix the issue and part is back ordered.
