Very poor customer service. Service area does not answer their phone and did not call me at all on the day I dropped off my vehicle for new brakes I had to wait over a week to Service area does not answer their phone and did not call me at all on the day I dropped off my vehicle for new brakes I had to wait over a week to get an appointment then it took 2 days for new brakes and rotors. Nothing was done the first day, why bother making an appointment if car is just going to sit there and no one communicates with you, if only they would have called since the phones don’t get answered. Spoke to mgr when picking up car, he apologized but offered no renumeration More
Changed tires back in November. Wrecked 10 wheel nut caps. Had to buy 6...even though they should have paid for them. Their not good at telling you what's going on! I'm reporting them to the better business bureau also for incompetence! More

Suburban Ford of Waterford had our Transit Connect in their shop for almost 4 months for a warranty job. Parker was awful at staying in touch, would not return calls and messages, and we were provided wi their shop for almost 4 months for a warranty job. Parker was awful at staying in touch, would not return calls and messages, and we were provided with mixed information about parts arriving/timelines when other associates tried to cover for him. Very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealer for service. More
