Suburban Ford of Waterford - Service Center

Suburban Ford of Waterford has been my dealership since I took delivery of my 2004 40th anniversary edition Mustang. I love my Muatang and everyone there knows it. If I need something or something is wrong all I have to do is call and ask for Shawn Porter and he will have me come right in and the problem is always taken care of. Before Shawn Porter was my service professional I had someone else who was jsut as good and I feared my great service would end. But I was so wrong. Shawn Porter is great and I couldn't be happier. I am always happy to come in for my service and will continue to do so because as I have told them there at Suburban Ford of Waterford I want my car to last til I am 80. I am 54. So thank you for the great service and the great service professional I have in Shawn Porter. I am also happy to say that Gary Loffman, the man who drives you home if your car has to be left there for a long time. Went to service dept since they were open late (after my work hours) for noise heard in front suspension. At first I was told they couldn't get me in because of service tech had left for day. So, I went to work hours) for noise heard in front suspension. At first I was told they couldn't get me in because of service tech had left for day. So, I went to talk to my sales rep about cross bars for roof rack, which he was able to get for me right away. Then he introduced me to Service Mgr who was able to distinguish the issue I was hearing front wheel and promptly fixed both front tires (tie rod ends or something like that). Under factory warranty. Very satisfied as I had cancelled another appt to just come there and take care of. Thanks for turning an almost waste of time drive over to a positive experience afterall! More

took my truck in for a door repair and paint. recieved it back after 12 days. the paint is spotty, and swirled. the door panel popped off as well as the window handle. more door doesnt lock or shut at all. t back after 12 days. the paint is spotty, and swirled. the door panel popped off as well as the window handle. more door doesnt lock or shut at all. there was styrofoam coffee cups and cig butts in the bed of my truck when i picked it up. it took over an hour for them to find my truck when i picked it up. Updated.... The problems listed above were addressed and all but the door was fixed upon return. The door is scheduled to be repaired. they employees were very polite and handled the situation professionally. More
