Suburban Ford of Waterford responded

Dear Lettice, Our records indicate that you brought your vehicle in a year after signing your lease complaining of leaking air, and that our service team found nails in two tires, which they informed you of and then repaired. Records show that you came back in early March for another air leak, which was caused by a nail in the sidewall of your tire which we were unable to repair due to the nature of the problem. Since you did not have road hazard insurance to cover the cost of the repair, we sold you another tire. We're not sure of what we could have done differently to meet your satisfaction, but if you'd be willing to contact our Service Manager, John Vitale at (248) 674-4781 he'd love to speak with you and attempt to resolve your issue. Thank you for your business and your feedback.
