Good job Suburban When I walked in to the service area there were a lot of men standing around but no one greeted me. So I waited by the first station for a man who was When I walked in to the service area there were a lot of men standing around but no one greeted me. So I waited by the first station for a man who was on the phone. No big deal. A little uncomfortable for a women. No surprises I have never gone into Suburban Ford and was given anything less that stellar service have been buying new cars since 1966 and when we moved to The wa I have never gone into Suburban Ford and was given anything less that stellar service have been buying new cars since 1966 and when we moved to The waterford area we new we needed a new dealer that would service our cars. Since purchasing our first car from Suburban Ford, 100% of our service is done there. There is NO place else in our eyes. Nathan Bolton has always met us with a smile and a "how may I help you" attitude. Nathan and the rest of the staff in the service department is the reason we keep buying Ford. Keep up the outstanding work! More

Excellent Customer Service I have been using the service department of Suburban Ford of Waterford for the past 12 years. Even though I didn't lease my current Ford from Waterfo I have been using the service department of Suburban Ford of Waterford for the past 12 years. Even though I didn't lease my current Ford from Waterford I continue to use this service center because of their excellent service and their courteous manner. I never feel that I am being sold service that isn't required. More
