My Experince! My latest visit was for service on 12/29/15 it was 7:30 am when I dropped off my vehicle and 30 or so vehicles were dropped off for service. So a busy My latest visit was for service on 12/29/15 it was 7:30 am when I dropped off my vehicle and 30 or so vehicles were dropped off for service. So a busy day ahead for the service department. Mark called me at 3:30 for pick up. My wife and I have purchased many vehicles from Tom Tatu and we have our vehicles serviced at Suburban Ford as well. Always a good experience and we are looking forward to many more. Thank You More
service is horrible when after they lock keys in your car Today I needed to get my car back after the service department closed. They had written all over the paperwork to not lock the car. They did anyway Today I needed to get my car back after the service department closed. They had written all over the paperwork to not lock the car. They did anyway with my only set of keys in it. The showroom was still open and the manager on duty basically refused to do anything to help me unless I was willing to take on the responsibility of any damage done to the car in the process of opening it. So, in trying to pass it along they made me call Ford roadside and said ford would cover any damage. The roadside person wanted me to sign a document that I took all responsibility. So, by now I was angry and started to show it. AT that point the manager said that it is my problem that I don't have my car back. Wonderful way to take care of a customer. Companies have to learn that you don't know what you are losing out on when you act rude like that. My family has purchased more than 6 vehicles from this dealership over the last 3 years. Many fully loaded, high end vehicles. That is good news for other Ford Dealerships in the area, I guess. More

Good job Suburban When I walked in to the service area there were a lot of men standing around but no one greeted me.
