Service above and beyond! I had a problem with my 2012 F250 Powerstroke Diesel. There is a common problem with the vacuum pump leaking oil. I was out of warranty by 17k miles a I had a problem with my 2012 F250 Powerstroke Diesel. There is a common problem with the vacuum pump leaking oil. I was out of warranty by 17k miles and Ford was unwilling to cover any of the repairs ($18 for a gasket - approximately $500 for labor). David Deckard went above a beyond to get Ford to help cover some of the costs. He went to his supervisors to see what he could get done for me. I am more than satisfied with the resolution David was able to arrange. Thanks to David and Suburban Ford for taking great care of me. More
HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT I had my vehicle towed to suburban ford of Waterford because it was having engine problems. After diagnosis ( which I had to authorize them to do at a cost of $600, and they didn’t even put the vehicle back together ) they determined that the motor was seized up. The vehicle had sludge built up which caused the problem. I took my receipts of oil changes to John Vitale ( service manager ) only for his first words to be “ who made these for you “ excuse me !!!!! Long story short suburban ford and ford motor company have both refused to fix the problem under the warranty !!! Stay as far away from suburban ford as possible !! Service manager is extremely rude !! Had to leave several messages and make several calls to even get hold of anyone. And for him to insinuate that I was lying about receipts is a joke !!! More

Fast response fix I live in a 45' RV traveling the country. We were back home for a visit and had a dead battery issue. Suburban (Dave Deckard) was able to take the car in late Thursday afternoon and resolve the issue ( new battery) by 10:30 the following morning! Replacement of Electric Window Motor inside Driver's Door I arrived at Suburban Ford of Waterford Service Department just prior to the opening at 7:00 AM on a recent Friday morning. There were SIX others ahea I arrived at Suburban Ford of Waterford Service Department just prior to the opening at 7:00 AM on a recent Friday morning. There were SIX others ahead of me also waiting for the Service Department to open. I needed the Electric Motor Controller for my driver's door window replaced as my driver's door window wouldn't lower which made the window inoperable. This job required the mechanic/technician to remove the inner door panel to inspect the motor and related linkage inside the door. The motor and linkage would have to be removed if found to be defective and a new motor and linkage would have to re-installed along with the re-installation of the inner door panel to complete the job. I was told that this particular repair could take up to two days to complete as obtaining the new motor might require an over night wait on shipping of parts. They got my vehicle in and started the job immediately. Not only was a new window motor installed that fixed my window problem but I also had a rear brake job done and it was all done by Noon the same day! I wasn't aware that my rear brake pads needed replacement but the mechanic's inspection revealed the problem which saved me time and another visit for service at another time to fix the brakes. Hats Off to this mechanic/technician for getting everything done in a relative short period of time and for doing a Great Job at the same time!!!!! Great Service provided by a Great Service Team!!!!!! More

On top of it, my first oil change was free. I'm lucky it's only 2 miles from my home, thanks guys. I also had a great from sending a request for qoute, I was set up quickly to a sales rep, Bob Buckman was fantastic. I absolutely love my Ford, my wife bought her escape from there as well and loves it. Thanks, The Aiello Family P.so my kids all love our new vehicles ?? More
