Worked with Roland on a warranty issue on 4/21/2021, as of this date 4/26/2022 still has not ordered the warranty part nor has he ever called my back from voice messages left on his phone. I took my Lincoln to this dealership's service center because the service centers at the local Lincoln dealerships were unresponsive and generally unprofessional (especially the one in Southfield). I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service I received from Eric. He took time to speak with me like a person, not a number, and was thorough. He maintained close contact every step of the way, and was accessible when I had questions or needed something. The dealership has a text message service that made the whole experience so much better, and Eric maximized the value of that communication tool. He's my new "trustworthy car guy." Every dealership needs an Eric. More
Nick went over and above the norm to help me out of a predicament. I had nail in my rear tire and all the tire shops told me they couldn't help for at least two days.
