Basil was great to work with! Holidays are busy for everyone and he was very personable. The service department should be proud to have him on their staff. I had a 1400 appointment and my car was not ready until 1700 which was surprising that it took so long but I wasn’t in that big of a rush to get my vehicle back. My only suggestion is that I wish that the service team would have ran my car through the wash as there was so much salt from driving on these MI roads. My home dealership (Maxey in Detroit) I lease from does it and it just adds a nice touch with minimal effort. More

Amazing service team that takes care of you and makes you feel like a king (or Queen) Stopped in to ask Basil a question about my Escape and he figured it out in minutes. Then got me squeezed in the next day feel like a king (or Queen) Stopped in to ask Basil a question about my Escape and he figured it out in minutes. This was my first time buying a car from a real dealership. It wasn't as bad as everybody made it out to be. My husband and I both had a great experience! We were taken care of by the assistant of dealership. It wasn't as bad as everybody made it out to be. My husband and I both had a great experience! We were taken care of by the assistant of the sales woman and she was super patient and helpful. She not only did everything to make sure to find the car that I was trying to buy (I found it online), she found my husband's as well. The whole process took about an hour and a half and we both paid way less than we thought we would. I have nothing but nice things to say about this dealership. I highly recommend them and would do business with them again in the future. More
