Helped us when we had a major mechanical issue! Brian Legowsky did an excellent job helping us when we had a major mechanical issue with a 2017 ford edge, I had just purchased in our home town of Vi Brian Legowsky did an excellent job helping us when we had a major mechanical issue with a 2017 ford edge, I had just purchased in our home town of Virginia. We noticed a loud sound coming from the vehicle during our vacation in Michigan, we brought it in to Brian, who discovered a cracked flex plate. I'm so thankful he was able to work us in, and get our car fixed so we could ride back home to Virginia safely! He was the only person who was able to help us after calling around all Ford service centers in the area. Brian kept us informed of the progress and did an excellent job fixing the car! 2013 F-150 issues resolved I brought my 2013 F-150 in for service work under my Premium Care Extended Service Plan. My 2013 F-150 has 64,750 miles on it. Service Consultant Blaize Bailey and Service Manager Michael did an exemplary job of explaining what was and what was not covered by the Premium Care ESP. While I was a little disappointed with what the ESP did not cover, the explanation from Michael was professional and understandable, and I’ll have to deal with FMC directly on the non-covered item. I bought my ESP at this dealership and they have done nearly all my service and maintenance work. I especially enjoyed working with Blaize and Michael. Good people make for a good dealership experience. More

Car wash? I took my 2014 Fusion in for an oil change, tire rotation, check-up, and recall service for a steering safety problem. I got my call that it was ready I took my 2014 Fusion in for an oil change, tire rotation, check-up, and recall service for a steering safety problem. I got my call that it was ready after about 90 minutes. I had purchased a 3-service package that includes a car wash each time. The car wasn't washed - "It's not working," I was told. That's two services in a row now that I did not get the "free" car wash. That was disappointing, but otherwise I am happy with the service at Suburban Ford. More

Customer Service was horrible! Michael and Kristin and the lady who I dealt with to receive the loaner were great towards me. But there were a couple of men whose name I don't know Michael and Kristin and the lady who I dealt with to receive the loaner were great towards me. But there were a couple of men whose name I don't know were very unpleasant and unprofessional over the phone and in person and the treament they gave me was so horrible, that it makes me feel like I never want to come back. One was very rude over the phone and it was one that I kept asking the same question about 5 times face to face and he never responded to me. But Michael, Kristin, and that lady was AWESOME to me. Follow through needed Just before Christmas, I had my car in to repair wiring to the throttle. I got the car back with a headlight that wouldn't work. Coincidence? I had a friend try to replace the bulb (a mechanic) and turns out something was wrong with the wiring. I took it back to the dealer - they had me there for 4 hours while they also tried a new bulb. They informed me that I would have to make an appt and have the 'electrician' look at it. I called and made the appt. I dropped the car off at 8 a.m. making sure to tell them I needed it back by the end of the day - this was discussed with the appt maker and the counter person. At 5pm, they had still not even looked at my car. I won't go back. The guy on the phone told me, 'All the plants are off and their employees are bringing in their cars because they are off, so we have a back log'. Not my problem. If this excuse is true - then they shouldn't have made the appt in the first place or not agreed to have it done that day. More
