The service depart sucks! I have been coming here since I brought my Ford Fusion. There was a Service Bulletin on my Eco Boost engine and I had FORD help with the costs. IT WAS REPLACED with a brand new engine"supposedly, November 2022, then 6 months later , engine light pops on again, "cylinder 2" was reading bad, then they said they replaced a purge valve, NOW same freaking engine light comes on and BRIAN says coil pack!!!!!!!!!! # 2 cylinder. How can a coil pack go out on a brand new engine, well BRIAN says it was never replaced!!!! DOESNT MAKE ANY SENSE and now no one will return my calls. I am truly disappointed in the service I receive in the service department ONLY. Specifically BRIAN. I dont care how long he has been working there,he is not helpful and i think he is not telling me something .... More
Leon Stoudemire as my leasing agent made my experience enjoyable. Before I came in for a test-drive, he asked me a number of questions to make sure he understood what my priorities were and so that he cou enjoyable. Before I came in for a test-drive, he asked me a number of questions to make sure he understood what my priorities were and so that he could show me relevant options. And I felt no pressure at all from him as I asked to test-drive three vehicles before making my decision. He even in two instances suggested we drive a little longer than I was planning to. I've worked with one or two people who made me feel like they were trying to get the quick sale. Didn't feel that way with him AT ALL. He answered every question frankly and thoroughly. Really, everyone was great. Derrick Walker, the finance person who walked me through (no pun intended) the protection plan options, was also patient and knowledgeable. Victor, the person who applied the protectant to my seats, was nice when giving me instructions afterward about the plastic on the seats. The general sales manager, Tom Macpherson, even made a point of saying they appreciated my business and letting me know that I'd made the right decision by getting the windshield treatment and that I could update it at no charge periodically if I thought it was losing its potency. Five stars to Leon and the entire team. The whole experience makes me like my car even better. More
