Car wash? I took my 2014 Fusion in for an oil change, tire rotation, check-up, and recall service for a steering safety problem. I got my call that it was ready I took my 2014 Fusion in for an oil change, tire rotation, check-up, and recall service for a steering safety problem. I got my call that it was ready after about 90 minutes. I had purchased a 3-service package that includes a car wash each time. The car wasn't washed - "It's not working," I was told. That's two services in a row now that I did not get the "free" car wash. That was disappointing, but otherwise I am happy with the service at Suburban Ford. More

Customer Service was horrible! Michael and Kristin and the lady who I dealt with to receive the loaner were great towards me. But there were a couple of men whose name I don't know Michael and Kristin and the lady who I dealt with to receive the loaner were great towards me. But there were a couple of men whose name I don't know were very unpleasant and unprofessional over the phone and in person and the treament they gave me was so horrible, that it makes me feel like I never want to come back. One was very rude over the phone and it was one that I kept asking the same question about 5 times face to face and he never responded to me. But Michael, Kristin, and that lady was AWESOME to me.
