She had my car waiting for me all clean and a full tank of gas. She took her time showing me all the bells and whistles. When I drove away I was very comfortable with the knowledge that Leah had shown me. Can't say enough about her, she's a gem. More
Mike was great - sales team not so much I purchased a used vehicle in mid October - it was in their shop until mid November. I can not say enough good about Mike but the sales people that w I purchased a used vehicle in mid October - it was in their shop until mid November. I can not say enough good about Mike but the sales people that we purchased the vehicle from - especially the used car manager were horrific. Things were supposed to be working prior to picking up the vehicle. I think they just thought that I was an airhead and would take the car without them keeping their word. As I drove away from the dealership lights in the control center came on. I called sales person and he assured me "it's normal to have those warnings" -I stopped at a dealership by my home and was told this definitely should NOT be doing this. Mike kept his word and got everything in working condition - they had not replaced a head rest, a cosmetic cover on the seats, the drivers side door controls for mirrors, locks, etc was not working and he fixed everything. He is a prime example of positive customer care - I will not go back to this dealership but think it should be noted that it is strictly because of the salesman and the Used Car Manager. More

Great Service! Extremely helpful! Been leading from this dealership for a while now. Kamin has always been the guy I go to for everything. He's hands on and very insightful and keeps everything very black and white. He also isn't one of those salesman that tries to rush you to a decision. I often hear him tell me at renewal time. "Sleep on the decision so you know it's what you like." It's very refreshing to see a salesman that cares about the customer and the sale. Not just the sale. I will he coming to Kamin for all my leases until it is no longer an option. Would reccomend to anyone that I know. If you need a car new or used. He's the guy you want to see at Suburban Ford of Ferndale. More

Oil change to heaven Blaise Bailey was an angel sent from the heavens above. From the second I pulled my car into the service line and center I felt comfortable. As she began walking to greet me at my side window, I felt a sense of warmth just overcome my body and surroundings. Her lovely smile just brightened up my day and mood. Prior to arriving to ford I had such a tough and tiring week, my boss has been on my back and working late late hours and just stressing due to the work in the accounting field. However, Blaise helped me realize that life is too short and that we need to smile and remember that we get a chance to start over each and everyday. During our conversation she helped me Realized the great things that goes on in our lives on a daily basis. I have never felt more welcomed by a service individual in my life and I believe she should be recognized in some fashion or another for her amazing presence and willingness to help and just offer advice. I will be Sure to carry Blaise’s sense of warmth and happiness with me as I enter this busy season at work and each and everyday. This his been my high for 2019 Thus far and if I can just take this with me each and everyday, I can say 2019 will be great no matter what challenge will come my way. Not only did Ms. Blaise Bailey in the service department make it right, but she made sure I drove a brand new car while they covered the cost of my repair which was also covered. Blaise was kind and so was Chris Marhofer, my salesman. I’m extremely happy my husband chose this dealership. I’m not sure if we would have gotten such great service anywhere else. 1 star service I ordered a car from the factory to be delivered to the dealership. The car was there for over a week and no one contacted me. I made multiple calls a I ordered a car from the factory to be delivered to the dealership. The car was there for over a week and no one contacted me. I made multiple calls and left VMs, emails, with no reply; even with the sales manager. Finally , the "only sales person" that could help me, returned my car. I picked the car up, but the salesperson and the sales manager offered no hospitality. I stood outside the sales manager's office for over 10 minutes and he never acknowledged me, just sat there. The salesperson handed me the keys and that was it. He did not walk me thru a checklist or show me how to operate the vehicle. What kind of dealership acts like that? None that I have ever purchased a care from. Not even a "thank you". I will say that Kamin greeted me twice and was friendly. More
