It was like no other dealer experience, the coffee was hotter, the seats were warmer, and the air was cleaner just by everyones attitude being so great. Mike was great - sales team not so much I purchased a used vehicle in mid October - it was in their shop until mid November. I can not say enough good about Mike but the sales people that w I purchased a used vehicle in mid October - it was in their shop until mid November. I can not say enough good about Mike but the sales people that we purchased the vehicle from - especially the used car manager were horrific. Things were supposed to be working prior to picking up the vehicle. I think they just thought that I was an airhead and would take the car without them keeping their word. As I drove away from the dealership lights in the control center came on. I called sales person and he assured me "it's normal to have those warnings" -I stopped at a dealership by my home and was told this definitely should NOT be doing this. Mike kept his word and got everything in working condition - they had not replaced a head rest, a cosmetic cover on the seats, the drivers side door controls for mirrors, locks, etc was not working and he fixed everything. He is a prime example of positive customer care - I will not go back to this dealership but think it should be noted that it is strictly because of the salesman and the Used Car Manager. More
