My trust however is broken. If it is rectified, I will edit this review, however I am sad that it took my review to be taken serious: Shame On me. I purchased an Audi 2014 Q7. I informed them the service light was on and he told me it has Been serviced, they just forgot to reset the button. NOT TRUE. I told them the oil was leaking somewhere and the engine light came on, they said we just changed the oil and it’s all good. NOT TRUE. I told them the radio knob was broken, they said no worries, we will have it replaced in 3 days. NOT TRUE. Almost Two months later, I have given up on them. Unfortunately I had to take my truck into a Audi dealership to assess the actual problems with this truck, and I’m sad to say, there were several problems with this truck. I’m sorry I have to invest so much more than I intended just to have a SAFE TRUCK TO DRIVE FOR MY FAMILY. Do not be fooled by the con artists. They are all nice at this place, but it’s just for the sale. Then once the sale is final, they treat you like you’re nothing, and string you along like your nothing. NEVER AGAIN. Like I said shame you n me, I should have known better. More

Tye is my car guy from now on You can tell when you have a good and honest salesperson when they make sure to talk about the negative attributes of what they are selling you. Tye never once made me feel like I was pushed into buying anything, instead he made sure I was 100% comfortable with my decision before made a $15,000 purchase. He took the time to understand specifically what I was looking for and made sure I was comfortable and understood some of the "risks" that come with buying a used car (in my case it was a minor accident on the carfax report). He never once tried to talk circle or breeze over any of my concerns, he made sure I was comfortable with it and understood every bit of the transaction. He's a real guy who is a great salesperson not because he can sell anything to anyone, but because he cares more about you and your family being happy with your purchase more than he cares about his sales numbers.
