Found this dealership and 2009 Ford Escape they had listed by accident when looking for a good vehicle on a tight budget. Within 10 minutes of sending my contact info I received a call. He followed up first thing the next morning with a great video of the vehicle and provided answerers to all of the questions I had the night before. Because of the great service I immediately came in for a test drive. The vehicle was just as they said. And, the experience while in signing paperwork was great too. Very friendly staff, beautiful building, everyone wearing a facemask and using sanitizer.
