My car was serviced this morning for an oil change. The waiting area is clean and the service was awesome. I was quoted a 2 hour wait time. I only waited 1 hour. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional at Suburban Ford of Ferndale. Our salesperson, Jake, and the Service Manager, Kevin, were great. The car was in good condition at a good price and so Suburban Ford of Ferndale. Our salesperson, Jake, and the Service Manager, Kevin, were great. The car was in good condition at a good price and so far is running well. My only complaint is that they aren't up to speed on the 2023 used EV tax credit, which requires a special letter be provided to me and then to the IRS in January 2024. The IRS guidance isn't very helpful, but I'd expect a large dealer network like Suburban to handle something like this better. More
