You would not believe the trouble that I had to go through to just get a warranty parking sensor fixed! 3 visits, still not fixed. They now have had my vehicle for 4 days on this 3rd visit and on day 4 they have yet to even replace the part! It took them 3 days to even diagnose the problem, finally called on the 4th day, and to just tell me they were replacing the same part as the 2nd visit....then they called back again and said that they need it longer because they wrote it up as if the fix from the 2nd visit never had the module replaced. Now they need it for another day to paint and cure the part that should have been fixed the first time. I just want my truck back and fixed!! I even offered for them to take out the fuse and I'll go without the feature! It has just over $1k miles and it is sitting in the shop over a parking sensor!!! This has gone too far! More

We could not understand how to fold the back seat so we drove over to ask Kurt, he was very nice and kind to take time to show my daughter how do fold the seats. She was impressed with his willingness to help. More
Good team doing good work Sounds crazy, but I actually "like" bringing my family's vehicles in for service at this dealership. I can't say I "know" anyone over there, but I've dealt with George for all of my service work since the dealership opened and he and the team have been excellent. George does a great job getting back to me if I leave a message, he calls with the important decision topics and leaves out the "can I get you to buy a ______" conversation since the car is here. Additionally, when the team has noticed something during the repair process, he checks things first and if it's covered... he tell you "the tech noticed this, I see it's covered under your extended warranty... so we took care of that while it's in". I'll take that treatment all day every day. More
Worst dealer experience I've ever had Brought truck in for warranty body work. Delt directly with service manager the entire time. After warranty work was approved they failed to order any parts to do the work. After 5 weeks I returned to dealer to see what delay was, service manager still had paperwork but never ordered parts. Once parts were finally ordered they forgot to get them painted. After almost another 3 weeks the parts were finally painted and ready but they failed to notify me for installation. Finally got parts installed, picked up truck, and found orange paint on my front bumper (I have a black truck). So not only did it take over 2 months to do a simple hood replacement someone hit something with my truck too. More

Didn't tell me on my first oil change that I need synthetic oil. Then guy starts to leave me at cadhier, I see a scribble on paper about a nail in my tire. I ask hey what's this? He has no clue. Another guy comes out informing me of a nail and they can't repair. I need to buy one tire $200!!! I was pissed left. Took to my reliable Belle Tire. Nothing wrong at all!!!! He always seems to find a way to align the service appointments with my schedule. Thanks for the help, George. Sara was amazing! As I was required to leave my vehicle, she was very accommodating in finding me a loaner for the day. I was not ready to be caught in a mini van and she more than willingly switched the vehicle to a new 200, even though that meant her finding it on the lot and getting it washed when the van was already ready. Much appreciated!! As for the *Almost perfect.... it took the service team about 10+ minutes to locate my key when I came to pick it up, and then I had to wait another 10 minutes because they forgot to run the car through the body shop for an estimate the day before. All-in-all though, extremely happy with the service! More
Poor sales, incompetent service department None of my experiences with this dealership have been good. I would really advise anyone to drive out a little further to someone else. I’m going to write out a few of them below and you can make your own determination on if you should invest your hard earned money in their sales or service. I have leased a vehicle from them as well as take in another vehicle for routine maintenance several times. I won't be returning for either in the future and I would advise you not to. Here are a few snapshots of some of the experiences I've had with this dealership. I took my car in several free basic oil changes from them. The first few were fine, normal check in and out. Then one time upon picking up my car I noticed a 2-foot-long large scratch in the paint down the side of the door, as if someone had walked too close to the car with buttons on their clothes or accidentally dragged something across the paint. I informed the service manager and he began to deny they damaged my car but conceded that they would take care of it. Mind you, I had just finished claybaring the vehicle the day before. Their fix appeared to be applying wax to the door to try and cover the scratch up. The scratch was still clearly visible and I had to have someone else fix their "fix" with a buffer and compound. I wrote this off as something minor but it should have been my first red flag. On another occasion I brought one of my vehicle in for brake work and an oil change. When I got home I noticed they had put 40 miles on my car! I called up the service manager and he said they had to drive it out to a clear part of the road (there were some light flurries the night before and maybe a quarter inch on parts of the road) to test the brakes and joked that they wouldn't have joyrided my car unless it was a Viper. Are you kidding me? The freeway and several main roads that are covered by salt trucks are right around the dealer. 40 miles! At that time, I foolishly accepted his excuse and moved on. That was really dumb of me and I should have turned away from this dealer at that very moment. A year later after looking at their inventory online I went to look a new car on their lot. My experience with new car sales was to have the Salesman write up the wrong lease price during the purchase process only to discover their error an hour and a half into the paperwork causing the price to be raised by $30/month. I didn't want to miss out on the FCA rebates that were expiring in a few days so I accepted the terms. When I took delivery of the car the dealer had done ZERO pre-delivery prep. The car was far out of alignment and pulling hard left. They didn't do any sort of body inspection or wash and left all of the body alignment marks on the car. I had to return within 2 days of spending 3 hours buying a brand new car for them to fix the steering and wash off all of the marks. A day later I had my car back and the issues that should have never made it to me were fixed. And finally on my last THREE visits I will ever have, they failed to do a very simple job not once but twice! I brought in my car for the rear differential fluid to be drained and replaced. When I went to pick up my car I noticed that they had used BG fluids instead of Mopar on the invoice. It seemed odd to me so I looked up the part number listed on BG's website. The dealer and put the wrong fluid into the $2000 limited slip differential in my car. I was fortunate enough to catch it when I got home... I thought. I brought my car back in the next day to have them change it out with the right fluid. A few months go by and I take my car out of storage and drive it a bit. Pulling slowly through a parking lot I start to notice a groaning noise coming from the back end of the car. They managed to screw up AGAIN. Either they never changed the fluid or they put the wrong fluid back into my car again. At this point, I was irate. I called and spoke to the Service Director because the Service Managers all seemed to be incompetent. I asked them to open up the unit and inspect it for damage and to take a photo to show me if there was any unusual wear because I didn't trust them to do a complete job. I got a call about an hour and a half later that my car was done and the noise was gone but they did not open the unit (surprise!). I left a voicemail for the Service Director about them trying to get away with an inadequate job and he called me back about an hour later. He claimed he didn’t think any damage was done, how the heck could he know? They didn’t inspect the unit! I thought about it during that time, if these guys could mess up a simple fluid change, not once but twice, it was probably for the best that they weren’t going to take a part the rear end. I told him If they didn't want to do the labor to get the unit open, I wanted a year warranty on the part and service from the dealer, which he agreed to. During all of my visits I have never felt the dealership go beyond what they felt was minimum that they needed to do. Their level of service is unacceptable and I will advise anyone I know to stay away from Suburban Chrysler in Troy including those of you reading this. My wife bought a Buick from Suburban Buick in Ferndale and the experience has been good so far. I really hope my experiences with other Dodge dealerships are better or I am leaving the brand for something else. More

I arrived about 10 minutes before operating hours on Saturday. The service bays were opened at exactly 8:00 AM and I was greeted promptly and asked what service needed to be completed. After waiting for less than two minutes for a service writer to assist me, I explained my problems with the previous service I had received from another dealership to Kevin and was reassured that everything would be completed correctly. After writing up the order, Kevin told me it would be around 60-90 minutes and where I could wait. The lounge area was neat and clean and the time went by very quickly. Within 75 minutes Kevin returned and let me know that everything was done. Pricing was very reasonable and a 20% coupon was applied without my having to ask for it. I was cashed out in less than two minutes and very pleasantly surprised to find that my car had also been washed and the windows had been cleaned (even on the inside). Overall, I was very pleased with the experience and will consider Suburban as my servicing dealership for this car and my 2016 Charger Scat Pack. More
