Denied service Came in on their late night since it’s the only night I can make it in. Was told since I don’t have an appointment they couldn’t help me. Was asked to Came in on their late night since it’s the only night I can make it in. Was told since I don’t have an appointment they couldn’t help me. Was asked to come back at 7am. I’ve made appointments in the past and still had to wait 1 1/2 hours for service to be completed. So even if I came in at 7am I might still be late for work if it took the normal hour and change to change the oil. Lost a loyal 5 year customer. More

Service Your Car Somewhere Else I am completely unsatified about the service department of Suburban Dodge Troy. I suggest if you need your car fixed for warranty work, find a differ I am completely unsatified about the service department of Suburban Dodge Troy. I suggest if you need your car fixed for warranty work, find a different dealership. Was told at a previous appointment (oil change) to schedule an appointment to get my tire pressure sensors replaced. Attempted to bring my car in for warranty work before my warranty expired. Shop is backed up for 3 weeks, the best they could do was an overnight a week after warranty expired. Brought car in to get tire pressure sensors changed out, work done on my uConnect which glitched every time I try to plug in my phone, and a checkup. The worker told me I should try a different outlet for my uConnect. I was told they reprogrammed my tire pressure sensors. When I went to get my keys, they didnt even have paperwork for me. Makes me wonder if they even looked at my car at all. 3 miles after I leave, my pressure sensors go out again. On my way back to the dealership, I noticed a crack in my windshield I had never seen before. I bring my car back in to get the work done and the workers argued with me about the windshield instead of helping me figure out if this is covered under warranty or offering to perform any kind of replacement work. I didn’t even blame the dealership, I asked if they knew what happened to it. But all the workers wanted to do was tell me it was there for a “long time” and that they would “check the tapes.” Inquired about a rental car, but was told there weren’t any. Walked out completely pissed off. This place will not be getting one dime from me again. More
Easy and comfortable. I went to the dealership after I purchased my leased vehicle because the windshield cracked. Excellent customer service I bought a 07 Toyota Camry from them a couple weeks ago, "As-is". After leaving the lot I noticed some squeaking in the rear brakes... that next week, I bought a 07 Toyota Camry from them a couple weeks ago, "As-is". After leaving the lot I noticed some squeaking in the rear brakes... that next week, it seemed to get worse--even starting to make some grinding sounds when I braked. When I had it checked out, I learned I needed new rotors and brakes. I called the dealership expecting to be rejected... BUT to my surprise they replaced both the brakes and rotors for free! The salesman and the service riders were polite, respectful and listened to my concerns. They didn't question or argue--which says a lot in today's world. Would definitely recommend! More

Not only did they still service my I brought on our 2014 Charger RT for a recall this morning. I had made an appointment, and was VERY late for it. Not only did they still service my vehicle, but they were not at all irritated, and they did not act like other dealership service members who berate you, or act like you have ruined their day, when you are either exactly on time, or maybe runnibg a few minutes late. (If they were irritated at all, they definitely did not show it, or let me know at all) Within seconds of pulling in, I was happily greeted by Fred Gregory, and John Thomas. They got everything put into the system within what seemed like seconds, complimented me on the condition of my vehicle, and had it in the service bay within minutes. They even got me set up with (I am so sorry, but I can't remember his name, I think it may be Mark?) another very nice man, who had previously repaired a very large gauge in the windshield of my Charger the last time that I had it in for service. I honestly thought I would have to have the windshield replaced. He did such a great job on the repair, that you can barely see it, so I wanted to see if he could repair the windshield chip on my Explorer. They very quickly arranged a time for me to bring in my Explorer to have the chip repaired in that windshield. When I made the appointment, I was told it would take about an hour and a half to 2 hours. I was taken to a VERY nice waiting area, and after maybe a half an hour was told that my Charger was done! WOW! Very awesome service, and VERY quick vehicle service! Thanks so much! I have never had such a great experience with the service dept at a dealership before! Grade A everything guys! Thanks a bunch! More
