We had an appt for three weeks. We arrive at the dealer from out of town. Wait three hours, and George says they dont have the part needed for the repair. The literally called us and told us they had the p from out of town. Wait three hours, and George says they dont have the part needed for the repair. The literally called us and told us they had the parts and come in for the scheduled appointment. Terrible communication. George didn't seem to care much at all that we waster our entire day and have to come back ... OH! he gave a $10 discount on the invoice ! Complete Joke !! More

No ride along was ever performed with us nor any contact to ensure the issues were resolved. Isn't that the goal? To ensure the issue are resolved, I guess I'm wrong and the goal is to bill out as many unneeded parts. More

Fast and professional Kyler always has the customer's needs at heart. Fast service and very accommodating. Even though we had warranty work done he treated it like a $500 Kyler always has the customer's needs at heart. Fast service and very accommodating. Even though we had warranty work done he treated it like a $5000 service. I received a shuttle back to my office and a shuttle back to pick up the vehicle. When Kyler gives you a completion time, he means it. Vehicle's are always done on time or early. Great service!!! More
