Jackie Burke is THE Lady to Call at Suburban! From start to finish, Jackie made my new Jeep purchase both quick AND painless. I wanted a specific Jeep. Color, Limited, loaded etc. Jackie never on From start to finish, Jackie made my new Jeep purchase both quick AND painless. I wanted a specific Jeep. Color, Limited, loaded etc. Jackie never once tried to sell me something I didn't want or "close" enough to it just to move what SHE wanted to sell. Jackie got me THE exact Jeep I wanted. Fast. Same day fast. So not only was it quick, painless, AND got me THE Jeep I wanted, Jackie and the management Matt went above and beyond to get me out of my (then) current lease with VERY minimal spill over. I LOVE my new Jeep and had THE best experience. Would I recommend Jackie? YES. Would I recommend Suburban Chrysler in Troy? YES. They're awesome and I will be a lifelong customer! More

It was a very good experience as it was back in 2011 when I bought the first Just bought my second new vehicle from Joe Bellomo at Suburban Jeep Troy. It was a very good experience as it was back in 2011 when I bought the first car from Joe. As an automotive engineer I tend to know exactly what I want in a new car. Working with Joe was very nice because he didn't ever push features or try to talk me into something I didn't need. The first vehicle I purchased was brand new off the lot and this most recent one was a custom order. Joe kept me informed of the new build progress and always was available when I had questions.
