No Pressure After having a very poor experience at another dealership, I walked in yesterday and was immediately assigned to work with Jacki. I was relieved to b After having a very poor experience at another dealership, I walked in yesterday and was immediately assigned to work with Jacki. I was relieved to be working with another woman. I told Jacki exactly what I was looking for and the payment range I could afford. After a test drive and obtaining a payoff on my current vehicle, I thought everything was a done deal. Jacki brought around the vehicle and indicated she was going to fill it up and would be back. She also had me contact my insurance company to have them fax over the binder and dec page. It was very smooth and I felt like it went way too easy in comparison. It turns out there was good reason. At 8 pm, after already contacting the insurance company to have my trade-in vehicle removed and my new vehicle added, I was advised the banks were closed. Contrary to my beliefs, nothing had even been done at that point as far as financing was concerned. I was contacted this morning and advised that I could not get into the vehicle I was interested in because of the negative equity in my vehicle. I was extremely disappointed especially given my prior experiences. Jacki was very friendly, but I feel like pulling up the vehicle, filling it with gas and informing me to contact the insurance company was very premature given the financing was not yet secure at that point. Overall, the experience was a wash....it had the potential to be great, but ended up not being so great. More

Used vehicle purchase I have been browsing online dealerships for a certain make and model. After finally deciding, I made arrangements to stop by and check out the car.
