Horrible Customer Service Terrible sales experience! I had been shopping for used cars for months and found one here that I was ready to purchase. I am located in Columbus, O Terrible sales experience! I had been shopping for used cars for months and found one here that I was ready to purchase. I am located in Columbus, Ohio, so I called several times to confirm that the particular vehicle I was looking at was still available before driving 3 and a half hours to Michigan. I spoke with Bill two days before I went, late evening the night before I went, and first thing in the morning as I got in my car to drive there. Each time Bill confirmed that the vehicle was still on the lot and no one had purchased it. He even had me fill out a credit application the day before to save me time at the dealership. I was ready to go and took the day off work to be able to go get the car. TWO HOURS INTO MY DRIVE (so 4 hours round trip away from home) HE TOLD ME IT HAD SOLD THE DAY BEFORE. SERIOUSLY??!!? I could not believe how horrible the communication and service was and demanded an explanation. Bill took no responsibility and essentially gave me an "it happens" and "sorry I'm not sorry" type of response, blaming others for any potential miscommunication. When asked don't they have a central database to record this type of information so different sales people know the current status of a vehicle, he said that they do. Clearly they do not use it. Bill showed no signs that he cared about the inconvenience, waste of time, waste of gas, and waste of a day off work that he cost me. After all of this ridiculousness, Bill even had the nerve to try talking me into finishing my drive to look at their other vehicles for sale. Are you nuts?!?! I just had the worst customer service experience ever and you think I want to inconvenience myself further to still give you my business?? Stay away from this horribly run business!!! More

I worked with Eric Adams and he was absolutely fantastic. It just so happened that my Jeep came in the day before Thanksgiving. Eric called me right away when he went outside and noticed that it had been delivered to the Dealership. I was so excited and really needed to get the vehicle before the holiday because I was down a car. Eric did it, he got all of the paperwork done in time and I picked it up that evening.
