I stop by the dealership to meet Justin to test drive a vehicle. I was greeted at the door right away and the vehicle was cleaned and ready for me to test drive . Opportunity to sell wo new Jeeps: dysfunctional, incompetent First I have been pestered by incompetent Alisha SlavkoI. When I was ready to order in May, I contacted them on May 15 to buy two new Jeeps. They did not react. Sent e mails to several Sales Managers: no reaction. Complained after almost two weeks: Lauren Cunningham got on the case, with apologies. Dropped the ball. Case closed. This dealership does not deserve to get business. More

From my first contact with Lauren on the internet sales team to schedule a test drive the Pre- dealership that makes car buying simple and efficient. From my first contact with Lauren on the internet sales team to schedule a test drive the Pre-Owned Jeep I was interested in, until the final deal and out the door, the whole process was smooth and professional. Anthony Abdullah in sales was great to work with, professional, courtesy, and not high pressure. Chad and Elliott in the finance department put together the paperwork and sent it to me via email for e-signature, a smooth and straight forward process. From the test drives to putting a deal together on the low mileage 2016 Jeep Cherokee, the whole purchasing process from Suburban of Troy ranks as the highest in my car buying experiences. More

Fast and professional Kyler always has the customer's needs at heart. Fast service and very accommodating. Even though we had warranty work done he treated it like a $500 Kyler always has the customer's needs at heart. Fast service and very accommodating. Even though we had warranty work done he treated it like a $5000 service. I received a shuttle back to my office and a shuttle back to pick up the vehicle. When Kyler gives you a completion time, he means it. Vehicle's are always done on time or early. Great service!!! More
