I recently visited Suburban CDJR of Troy to test drive a Jeep Wrangler and Jeep Compass. Kyle happily facilitated this process for me and provided guidance on going about purchasing a new vehicle. Let me start by saying that I am a creature of habit and my last three cars have all been Ford Escapes. In fact, I was ready to lease a 2021 Ford Escape until I test drove it and hated the interior. That le my last three cars have all been Ford Escapes. In fact, I was ready to lease a 2021 Ford Escape until I test drove it and hated the interior. That led me to Bill and a Jeep Cherokee. Bill made me feel so comfortable about switching to Jeep. He was easy to work with and took the time at 4:30pm on a Friday to show me all of the features of the Cherokee. He let me test drive one and then made all the paperwork easy to handle when I decided I was ready to sign. When I picked up the Cherokee, he helped me set up all of the interior settings and made sure everything was comfortable for me in my new ride. He never made me feel pressured or like I was a bother. I will admit that I was nervous to switch but Bill made me feel confident and excited about my new car and that was so important to me. I highly recommend working with Bill. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and a great listener among many other things! Thank you, Bill!! More

First time buying a car online and was a lot nervous about it being a used car. My salesmen was Justin Bajoka. Normally I am the first person to complain but I have to say, this was truly a great experi about it being a used car. My salesmen was Justin Bajoka. Normally I am the first person to complain but I have to say, this was truly a great experience. I had called about a Grand Cherokee as fast as it was taken in on trade. Actually the pics had not even been uploaded yet. From my first conversation to the last Justin was absolutely right on it. I felt bad asking so many questions but he came back with answers and then some. Sent pics and videos so i felt comfortable not Actually seeing the Jeep. Most salesman are long gone after the sale, not this guy! I had a radio problem and figured i was gonna just have to eat the repair (just a bad antenna) I didnt even have to ask, he knew the right thing to do was to cover it and he did! I truly cant say enough good things. If the dealership is half as good then i wouldn't hesitate to shop here! Thank you so much for the fantastic service Justin! I will be recommending you to everyone i know! More
