Not a great experience. Could not get past there appraisal of trade in. The appraisal of my vehicle was 14,000 or 33 percent less than wholesale blue book. 15000 less then a different dealer offered appraisal of trade in. Have also notified Chrysler Capital and Selantis marking that there residual values are wrong or the value isn't similar to a Ford or GM. 2019 loaded Longhorn with 22,000 miles they appraised at $32,000. Fantastic. Everyone is so friendly and treat you like you matter. All my cars are from suburban, and I was even able to recently get my mother into a suburban used car too.
