Let me start by saying that I am a creature of habit and my last three cars have all been Ford Escapes. In fact, I was ready to lease a 2021 Ford Escape until I test drove it and hated the interior. Bill made me feel so comfortable about switching to Jeep. He was easy to work with and took the time at 4:30pm on a Friday to show me all of the features of the Cherokee. He let me test drive one and then made all the paperwork easy to handle when I decided I was ready to sign. When I picked up the Cherokee, he helped me set up all of the interior settings and made sure everything was comfortable for me in my new ride. He never made me feel pressured or like I was a bother. I will admit that I was nervous to switch but Bill made me feel confident and excited about my new car and that was so important to me. I highly recommend working with Bill. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and a great listener among many other things! Thank you, Bill!! More

Actually the pics had not even been uploaded yet. From my first conversation to the last Justin was absolutely right on it. I felt bad asking so many questions but he came back with answers and then some. Sent pics and videos so i felt comfortable not Actually seeing the Jeep. Most salesman are long gone after the sale, not this guy! I had a radio problem and figured i was gonna just have to eat the repair (just a bad antenna) I didnt even have to ask, he knew the right thing to do was to cover it and he did! I truly cant say enough good things. If the dealership is half as good then i wouldn't hesitate to shop here! Thank you so much for the fantastic service Justin! Test drove a 2011 ram 1500 w Nathan. Engine light came on and engine went into limp mode. Nathan called 2 days later that all was fixed and ready to go. Purchased vehicle after a short test drive. Was told any issues 3 month/3000 mile warranty on Vehicle. Drive out less than 50 miles and issue returned. Took back and Nathan gave me a loaner 1500 until repair was complete. No word or contact for a month. Made Yelp review and heard from jim g. Service manager within minutes on Monday after thanksgiving. Friday was told by Mathew they weren’t going to put the money into truck to fix and would find a replacement vehicle or refund funds. Today is dec 30, I’ve called Matthew several times and text. Finally caught him on phone yesterday and was told issue would be settled that day. He never called back and when I tried I got full voicemail and sent text. No reply still! I’m contacting an attorney today. DON’T BUY USED FROM HERE! After posting review, Mathew called and got me another loaner to drive and see if it would be acceptable? Base model truck which when requested a fully loaded one haven’t heard back. Seems more like a delay tactic with a unworthy outcome in the future More
