We had an appt for three weeks. We arrive at the dealer from out of town. Wait three hours, and George says they dont have the part needed for the repair. The literally called us and told us they had the p from out of town. Wait three hours, and George says they dont have the part needed for the repair. The literally called us and told us they had the parts and come in for the scheduled appointment. Terrible communication. George didn't seem to care much at all that we waster our entire day and have to come back ... OH! he gave a $10 discount on the invoice ! Complete Joke !! More

Each one was very friendly, and I was comfortable with each. Scott Viau did everything he could to make sure my purchase as taken care of and everything was proper with the Journey that I bought. He exemplifies what Customer Care should be. I'm extremely happy with them.
