I'm so disappointed in the customer service. I inquired about my leased vehicle that I purchased through this dealership, over a week ago and was contacted via text by the dealership that someone would be about my leased vehicle that I purchased through this dealership, over a week ago and was contacted via text by the dealership that someone would be in touch. One week later, still no outreach. Ironically the last review on this sales person seemed to have the same experience. I would recommend this dealership but advise working with someone who can communicate to customers. This could have been a very clean sale and transaction but I've decided to inquire with another dealership. More
