Purchasing our vehicle was an ok experience, however we were very mislead with the extended warranty that we purchased. We were told that we were purchasing a 7 year warranty with unlimited mileage, howeve were very mislead with the extended warranty that we purchased. We were told that we were purchasing a 7 year warranty with unlimited mileage, however they did not tell us that the warranty was backdated to the original owners purchase date. So while we paid for a 7 year warranty, we were actually only covered for 4 years. When I went to verify the warranty coverage after viewing the expiration date, the original warranty contract was the only physical document that was not sent home with us in our purchase document folder making it seem like a normal shady practice from this dealership. The warranty was falsely advertised to us and feel that we should have been prorated with the price of the warranty, OR they should stay true to their word and give us the 7 years that they told us that we had. Why would anybody pay for a warranty that didn't even apply for the time they owned the vehicle? More
