He didn't pretend to know it all but he was confident in his knowledge. I left with a lower interest rate than what was previously discussed, which is a plus. He held conversations with my son (16 and reserved) and didn't make him feel like he was just a kid. My son even commented that he liked the experience there and noticed a difference from other dealers and dealerships that we recently encountered. I appreciate the follow up calls from Jake, and the quick call backs if he missed one of my calls. I will definitely be back to this dealer when it's time for another vehicle. Thank you Jake! More
