Same with the loan closing process. Suburban CJDR was able to take care of the registration, title, and plates so I didn’t even have to visit the Secretary of State branch. The whole process was efficient and customer- friendly and will have me coming back to Suburban CJDR and Joshua for repeat business. More

We have shopped around for cars for the last year or so with poor results, either not great customer service or Dealership not wanting to even try to find us the car we wanted. At your dealership we had a great experience with Brendan. He fielded a lot of my questions before we made the drive out to see the cars and was super Helpful once we were there. Made the process efficient and quick by having us do some paperwork ahead of time. Great experience overall. More

Buying a car can be overwhelming and stressful. I walked into the dealership and had Reggie Williams be the salesman who would help me through the process of buying my vehicle. Reggie was very professional yet friendly and easy going. He was very helpful and patient answering all my questions. He never made me feel like my indecisiveness was a waste of his time. He listens and was able to help me figure out the options I had available. His great attitude, knowledge and patience made this experience a very pleasant one - unlike others I have experienced at different dealerships. DO NOT order anything from the parts department. They partnered with some outside company that is beyond disorganized. I ordered an item, paid for it. Then after a month of hearing nothing and recei They partnered with some outside company that is beyond disorganized. I ordered an item, paid for it. Then after a month of hearing nothing and receiving nothing I had to make several calls and emails to get a refund. Eventually I had to go to the CEO to make it happen... I did get the refund, but I should have never had to go through all those hoops, I should of just received the item I ordered and paid for like any normal company... More
