I love my Jeep Wrangler! These guys were great to deal with, I have never had so much fun getting a car. Dane took care of all my needs and had me laughing most of the time. I found the dealership and sales associate to be very fair and good to work with and would highly recommend. They were patient, responsive and willing to work with us to find the right vehicle at the rig fair and good to work with and would highly recommend. I had a very acceptable experience leasing a Chrysler 300 from this dealership. The showroom is clean and comfortable and Rick was accommodating and personable. First, there is no vehicle information available, i.e., brochures to quickly identify models, options and colors. Secondly, the paperwork process is much too long and involved and should be somehow streamlined (I think the wait and signing of my paperwork took nearly three hours). And, this particular dealer had a very limited number of vehicles in their inventory. More

Joe Bellomo, and Ben Herr, along with Dane Taylor and the man in credit (who I apologize for not knowing his name) were all very respectful and honest with me. This was the first car lease that I made, as a female, without my husband being involved. I was intimadated by some of the dealers I shopped around with. They told me what I could have. Joe, listened to me and set up a lease arrangement that was fair, and gave me what I requested on my new van and thensome. He treated my children kindly, showed me around the entire dealership, and made me feel welcome, comfortable, and valued as a customer. Suburban's child waiting room is awesome! My kids were well behaved and their attention was well kept with the variety of games and things to do. Everyone was easy to work with, and there were no unexpected glitches in my lease deal. I easily turned in my old van and the transition was professional and painless. I will recommend Surburban to my friends and relatives who are shopping for new vehicles. I will be back in about 39 months and look forward to working with these professionals again. I felt confident about my lease deal, was treated very fairly, and found this to be the easiest new car/van/SUV lease that I have ever made! I was dealing with another Dodge dealer for over a month. I was looking to buy a new Advenger and turn in my lease. The other dealer kept telling me they could Not find the car I wanted with the options and I was looking to buy a new Advenger and turn in my lease. The other dealer kept telling me they could Not find the car I wanted with the options and the color I wanted.I started to get angry because I wanted to BUY and notlease any more and I wanted another Advanger beacause I had Liked my Advanger that I had leased for the past 3 yrs. I began to look at other dealers, Chevrolet and Ford. My heart was still wanting the Dodge but I came to the conculsion that I would probably end up getting a Chevrolet because my lease was coming due. Then I began looking on my own and I called Suburban and Rick answered the phone, and Boy! within 24 hours not only did I have the EXACT car I wanted but I had bought it and was driving it home. I would definately and have allready recommended your dealership. Rick LaRue found me everything I had wanted, he's a great person , friendly and will go out of his way for you. Andrew has been absolutely wonderful. I was in an accident one week ago, with a mini van that I purchased from this dealership. Last week a Hummer rear ended me and the van was totaled. The day after the accident, I called Andrew to let him know what happened. He immediately started looking at other vehicles for me. I had a temporary loaner through my insurance company. With Andrew's help we were able to get me into a car and off the lot with in two days. I can't not thank him enough for all of his help through this horrible ordeal. The dealership is very lucky have such dedicated employee's who are honest, and not pushy. More
