My husband and i visited this dealer first on 9-22-10 just to look we were intrested in purchasising a used vehicle. We did not have alot of time so we just looked around then left,but they had alot on t just to look we were intrested in purchasising a used vehicle. We did not have alot of time so we just looked around then left,but they had alot on the lot so we came back on 9-24-10 the vehicle that we originally looked at had been sold the prior night,so we were a little dissapointed,but we spoke with Ben and Jeff and they brought out a similar vehicle and we fell in love with it .They did not hesitate to help us in any way they answered all of our questions and got the deal done quickly. I work in retail as a manager and i know how important knowledge of the product you are selling is and what great customer service can do for your sales. I can only say I wish these two gentleman worked for me my sales would be through the roof.The vehicle we purchased was an 2008 nitro and the only issue we had was a cracked passenger mirror they ordered it on the spot.I felt so comfortable with them it was like being with family. I could not have asked for anything more. I have already handed out two of their buisness cards to friends and family and will be making another trip out there next spring when we get ready to trade our other vehicle in.I will continue to purchase my vehicles there as long as you have people like that working there. First experience with dealership was thru Marc in Service Dept. Marc was very helpful and explained repair procedures and followed thru with my vehicle service needs. I found Scott to be very knowledgeable about the vehicles and rebate programs and easy to work with. He asked me the right questions to decifer leasing vs purchase options, what would serve my needs. He was not agressive or pushy with me and I feel got me the best prices on 3 different vehicles. He was willing to go above and beyond to get me the vehicles I wanted, even those at other dealerships. I ended up buying a Liberty and Dodge Caravan and leasing another Liberty from him all in one sale. Dane handled the return of my 3 leased vehicles on the same sale. I also found him knowledgeable,helpful and easy to work with. I was pleasantly surprised with my first experiences with this dealership both in the service department and sales. I plan on using this dealership for my future purchases as well as service department needs. I highly recommend Scott Viau and Dane Taylor as salespeople who will get you the best price with the least amount of BS. Marc is the man to see in service. Well done guys !!! More
