We recently bought a Dodge Journey at Suburban Chrysler Jeep Dodge and love it. We had a wonderful experience there. We came back three different times before we made our decision and on two occations we had to bring our 3 year old son with us. There was a toy room for him to play in and Joe was very patient and understanding with him. We wanted to look at a Jeep Libery but there weren't any on the lot and Joe to us out to his personal vehicle(a liberty) so that we could see one. Bill Messina makes the buying process extremely easy. This is the second car I have bought from him, and both times Bill went over and above what I expected. Bill was recommended to me, and I have recommended several times to others. In addition to Bill, Rob in finance was extremely efficient and easy to work with. I have been at dealerships before where the F&I part took an hour -- Rob had everything prepared and I wasn't in his office more than 10 minutes. He explained all of the optional services in a very low-pressure way (and even got me to select one, which is tough!). At delivery, my van was clean, warm and ready to go. Bill went trough a full delivery, even though I had the same vehicle before. He took the time to explain all of the features an follow-up with me after the sale.
