After previously having an AWFUL experience buying my last car at a different dealership - I was skeptical buying again - but I was very surprised and happy to find that not all dealerships are like the last car at a different dealership - I was skeptical buying again - but I was very surprised and happy to find that not all dealerships are like the horrible one in my past. Jason was friendly, informative, not pushy and understanding. HE didn't make me feel as though I was crazy for needing what I needed and why. I felt comfortable and at ease when deciding on what car to drive, look at and then purchase. First I called him, asking about several different vehicles, for an hour or two - wanting to know the ins and outs of each and every one, plus of course the price and bottom line - he was great - so I knew that when I finally came in a few days later to buy - that he would again be very helpful. Joe was very helpful when I was looking for a new car. I told him what I wanted on the vehicle and he told me what packages I would be interested in.
