After getting 4 different vehicles from Scott Viau from another Dodge dealership that closed, I found him at Suburban. My wife's lease was up on her Pontiac G6, our first stop was to see Scott. We fell in love immediately! From there we went to check out Ford, and Chevy. No other dealership can touch Suburban! At no point is Scott pushy, that is why I keep coming back to him. Scott gets the numbers, lays them out on the table and clearly states what the prices is going to be. No hidden extras! The other dealers we went to were extremely pushy and wanted us to take a vehicle right now, with their "this deal is only good for today" sales pitch. Scott was always prompt on returning phone calls, and emails unlike other dealers. When we picked up the vehicle, that he had to get from another dealer, all the paper work was done and they Jeep was ready to go, they even offered us pizza!! Who does that???? Only Suburban! More

Went to have a seat belt buckle serviced because the seat belt would not latch and lock on my Grand caravan minivan. I dropped it off at 5 pm, waited 2 hours for the job to be complete. I was charged $65 for belt would not latch and lock on my Grand caravan minivan. I dropped it off at 5 pm, waited 2 hours for the job to be complete. I was charged $65 for 1/2 hour work to have a candy wrapper removed from the buckle. Who can sleep charging $65 to remove a a candy wrapper froma seat belt lock? I should have known better, because when I droped it off, they were charing some poor old man $50 to do a check engine light check, snd they could not tell him what was wrong. I wish I would have told him he should go to autozone and have it done for free. More
My wife and I came in before opening on a Sat. The cleaning crew let us in and were warmly welcomed and entertained by Larry while we waited for a salesman to come in. We were then handed over to Joe (who was about 15min early for his shift). Joe was great with us. He knew what we were looking for and that we were considering a few different vehicles from other manufacturers. He was very friendly, polite, courteous, and did not push us in any direction at all. Joe was the first person to call the next week to follow up (Monday by the way). The other dealerships we went to did not call back until Tue and Thur respectively. Later that week when we had pretty much made up our minds to purchase the 2010 Town and Country from him rather than an Acadia. Upon arrival, he allowed us to drive a different color and pulled the same one we drove the week before from the lot to allow us to drive that same one again just for comparison. During this visit we had our 15mo old daughter with us and Joe was very helpful and engaging with her giving her a balloon and taking her for a walk around the showroom giving my wife and I some space and time to discuss our final purchase decision. During the inevitable process of waiting on the phone for my insurance company and bank he kept us content with pleanty of coffee, bottled water, and warm cookies! All in all, it was a great experience. Joe and the team were a class act. We not only would do business with Joe at Suburban again, but we would highly recommend this dealership and sales team to our family and friends! More

My daughter was in a car accident and totalled her leased car. We went to Suburban Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Troy and met with Jeff Timmington and she ended up purchasing a Dodge Avenger. My lease on my Trailblazer was coming up so I, too, went to Suburban Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Troy to look for a vehicle. Since I have always had leased a Chevy product, I was not quite sure of what I wanted this time. My options were either a Dodge Journey or a Ford Escape. Since Jeff helped my daughter buy her Avenger I went to see him for the Journey. I got to test drive 2 of them which I ended up purchasing the latter one. I had a wonderful experience at Suburban Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Troy and Jeff was very nice and took alot of time to help both me and my daughter out. I felt as though I was living at the dealership considering how much time I spent there! I even brought a tray of cookies to the dealership to show my appreciation! The only problem I had was with the finalization with the financing. I was told one price and when it came down to it it was not the price that I was told and I had to put some money down to get it to the price that I was told. I didn't have any other options since I had already turned in my leased Trailblazer. But over all - Jeff was wonderful and I did stop in the other day for my first oil change (which was free!) and talked to Jeff briefly as he was with a customer looking to buy a Journey and I even showed her the hidden compartments! I assume she purchased one by Jeff's email. More
