I gave the dealership all "5" ratings for a number of reasons. When I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile by the receptionist who pointed me in the direction I needed to go. I have previously been to this dealership when I leased a Saturn Aura, so given the wonderful experience I had the first time I wanted to come back and do business with Suburban Dodge. I had to men help me named Dane Taylor and Robert Tabet who were two of the most helpful sales associates I have ever dealt with. They worked with me to find a new car within my budget and allowed me to test drive a number of vehicles while going through, in detail, about all the features. As a first time car buyer they made me feel very comfortable with my decision and they allowed me to take my time while making my decision. Once I have settled on the 2011 Dodge Avenger LUX they both worked with me to assure I was getting the best deal they had to offer. Robert and Dane both took the time to go over all my different options and what would benefit me most in the long run. I am very very satisfied with my car, and certainly more then grateful for the wonderful experience I had while buying my first car. I would without a doubt refer future customers to Dane Taylor and Robert Tabet seeing as they were the most helpful throughout this whole experience. More

I came into Suburban Jeep after dealing with some very unfriendly/unhelpful salesmen at other dealerships. I immediately ran into Jim Colovos, who was happy to help me and answer all of my questions (which I had many, but he never seem rushed or eager to get me in and out of there. He was VERY sincere). I really could not have asked for a friendlier or more helpful salesman. He went the extra mile, and did absolutely everything he could to keep me happy. After comparing prices, Jim was able to get me the rebates and discounts that other dealerships had claimed were "unavailable," and he did not try to scam me with unneccesary costs like people at other dealerships nearby. What he said I would get was EXACTLY what I got, and I LOVE THE CAR, THE PRICE, and THE EXPERIENCE! This is my third Jeep lease, and I have been to a different dealership each time; well, NOT ANYMORE. My experience shopping for a new car was wonderful. Joe Bellomo was very helpful and great to deal with. My 2 brothers have shopped there and recommended Joe and his dealership. Needless to say, they were right. I will continue to purchase all my vehicles from Suburban Jeep Dodge and Joe will be the one I will be seeing to do it. I am looking forward to seeing him later this year as I look to purchase or lease a new Ram 1500 Sport 4x4 Quad Cab. I am also impressed with the quality and styling (interior/exterior) of the new Dodge trucks and Jeep vehicles. I will be supporting them in the future. Robert was extremely well versed in his knowledge of programs that were designed to keep the vehicle in great shape as the years move forward.
