Once we met Jim in person was just just as friendly and had planned ahead so the car was washed and out front waiting for us. The paper work section that was done by his co-worker, John (sorry I am not 100% sure of his name) was equally as nice and professional. This was the best experience I have ever had leasing a new car. This is my 5th Jeep lease and the third dealership I've been with. Suburban is about a 45 minute drive for us but I would gladly drive that far and pass several on the way to get the great service that Jim and the rest of the Suburban staff provided. I plan to be back to Suburban in three years for our next Jeep and to tell all of our friends and family to head out there for their next car! More

After the original runningboards were found to be damaged, new runningboards were ordered and quickly installed. The color of these runningboards, however, didn't match the car so they will be pain damaged, new runningboards were ordered and quickly installed. We hope to deal with Bill in the future when our leases have come to an end. :) The only thing I didn't like was the guy (Can't remember his name) that handled the paper work when we bought our Chrysler 200 made me feel pressured if I didn't get the deal for the oil changes included in my monthly payment. He went on and on how good of a deal it was, even after the fact that I said "no" repeatedly. I can hear him belittling me in his voice when he would tell me that it was his first time that someone didn't accept the awesome deal he was giving me. I didn't appreciate being made a fool for not taking the deal! I'm sure there were others that didn't take the deal and I'm not the only one who didn't. I'm sure you have record who the guy was that closed out the deal that day on my car. Like I said, it was a different guy than the first car we purchased. I hope I never get him again!! More
