I just finished signing my deal with Jim Colovos of Suburban Chrysler Jeep of Troy, MI, and I must say, I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!! The entire experience was wonderful. The dealership has a great feel, an Suburban Chrysler Jeep of Troy, MI, and I must say, I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!! The entire experience was wonderful. The dealership has a great feel, and everyone there is eager and willing to help you in any way they can (all of this with a smile on their faces as well). I came into Suburban Jeep after dealing with some very unfriendly/unhelpful salesmen at other dealerships. I immediately ran into Jim Colovos, who was happy to help me and answer all of my questions (which I had many, but he never seem rushed or eager to get me in and out of there. He was VERY sincere). I really could not have asked for a friendlier or more helpful salesman. He went the extra mile, and did absolutely everything he could to keep me happy. After comparing prices, Jim was able to get me the rebates and discounts that other dealerships had claimed were "unavailable," and he did not try to scam me with unneccesary costs like people at other dealerships nearby. What he said I would get was EXACTLY what I got, and I LOVE THE CAR, THE PRICE, and THE EXPERIENCE! This is my third Jeep lease, and I have been to a different dealership each time; well, NOT ANYMORE. I HAVE FOUND THE BEST DEALERSHIP AND SALESMAN IN MICHIGAN: JIM COLOVOS FROM SUBURBAN CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE OF TROY!! I just cannot say enough good things about Jim or the dealership. I typically HATE the process of buying/leasing a new car, but Jim made it fun, easy, and peaceful, and I left with a MUCH better deal than I had gotten from any other dealership in a 100 mile radius. My experience shopping for a new car was wonderful. Joe Bellomo was very helpful and great to deal with. My 2 brothers have shopped there and recommended Joe and his dealership. Needless to say, they were right. I will continue to purchase all my vehicles from Suburban Jeep Dodge and Joe will be the one I will be seeing to do it. I am looking forward to seeing him later this year as I look to purchase or lease a new Ram 1500 Sport 4x4 Quad Cab. I am also impressed with the quality and styling (interior/exterior) of the new Dodge trucks and Jeep vehicles. I will be supporting them in the future. Robert was extremely well versed in his knowledge of programs that were designed to keep the vehicle in great shape as the years move forward. What I thought might be a "sales pitch" was great information and will save me from repair bills in the future. I can actually say that Robert made the "Buying experience" enjoyable and I can't beleve I'm saying this but "fun"!!His knowledge is second to none. The Dealership was clean, vibrant and had a good group of employees. Everyone was very friendly. The salesperson, Dane Taylor, was extremely helpful and you could tell he loved the Jeep product. After previously having an AWFUL experience buying my last car at a different dealership - I was skeptical buying again - but I was very surprised and happy to find that not all dealerships are like the last car at a different dealership - I was skeptical buying again - but I was very surprised and happy to find that not all dealerships are like the horrible one in my past. Jason was friendly, informative, not pushy and understanding. HE didn't make me feel as though I was crazy for needing what I needed and why. I felt comfortable and at ease when deciding on what car to drive, look at and then purchase. First I called him, asking about several different vehicles, for an hour or two - wanting to know the ins and outs of each and every one, plus of course the price and bottom line - he was great - so I knew that when I finally came in a few days later to buy - that he would again be very helpful. But...it wasn't just him - everyone seemed very nice and friendly. Even the other customers seemed happy. Good experience all around, just wish the weather was nicer.
