My history with Chrysler/Dodge was not very good. I leased a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country from the former Village Chrysler Dealership on Woodward. After the dealership lost their dealership status…I was left in the dark. I had major issues/recalls with the Town and Country and was always very unhappy with the car’s performance. As my lease was finally coming to an end - I met with Bill Messina at Suburban CDJ regarding the turn in of my van. I was very hesitant to lease another Chrysler/Dodge product, as the Town and Country that I leased had many, many recall issues. Bill took the time to explain the various products that were available to me, within my price range. He assured me that I would not have the same experiences with my new 2011 Journey R/T. I also want to add – the Suburban website was a wonderful tool to see the lease incentives available. This helped me make the decisions as to what car I could choose. It allowed me to be educated before I even stepped foot into the dealership. After making my decision to lease the Journey – we ran into credit issues! Bill Messina and the finance manager Rob Tabet went to bat for me with the bank! After it was all said and done, I was still able to get the car I wanted at the price range I could afford! Thank you so much! Rob and Bill stayed late on a beautiful Saturday afternoon for the paperwork to be completed. Bill walked me through my car, showing me all of the awesome features that it had. I will be recommending Bill Messina to all of my friends and family. He was honest and upfront about everything! I felt comfortable with the decisions I was making with Bill’s assistance. More

I had two things that were important to me. Price and seat height. I was worried about buying a car for the first time on my own since my divorce. I really didn't need to worry. Overall, it was what I consider to be a "painless" sales experience. It started with Jim Colovos (salesperson) who has a great, low-pressure demeanor, which suits me perfectly. Prior to the sale, when I was researching, he was responsive with information and answered all my questions. When the day came to sign my lease paperwork, I felt Jim was mindful of my time, making sure the process went as quickly as possible. And there were no 'surprises' as I've experienced in the past with other dealers. My experience with Rob Tabet (finance mgr) was also noteworthy. He, like Jim, has a very low-pressure, friendly approach. We were able to build a good rapport in a short period of time. He was also able to sell me on the oil change service plan, which is a testament to his ability as I have NEVER purchased any 'add-ons' from any dealer, and I've owned/leased about 12 cars. Finally, I have to mention Tracy (salesperson), who was not my salesperson, but took the time to help me understand my DVD system, while Jim was squaring away my license plate. Again, they doubled up their effort for me to get me on my way as quickly as they could - and I truly appreciated that! More

I was in the area at a competitive dealer looking for a new car and decided to visit Suburban Chrysler because we were also interested in a 300. We met Rick and with his patience and listening skills he was able to quickly lead us to the vehicle that we ultimately purchased. Because I am eligible for the employee discount, I knew that I could get the same price at any of the dealerships in the area. In spit of that, I travel about 20 miles past five closer dealerships to purchase my Chrysler 300 at Suburban because of the personal service I received from Rick. I plan to strongly recommend Rick and Suburban to anyone I know in the Detroit Metro looking to buy or lease a Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep vehicle. More

Can't say enough good things about Bill Messina, Rob Tabet and my recent experience with Suburban Chrysler Jeep. My first time purchase with Suburban Group and first time purchase of a Jeep. Always had at least one GM product in my garage...not anymore. The 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Sumit is head and shoulders above what GM is offering. Was so displeased with the vehicle I had, I traded in my 5 month old 2011 Acadia Denali. More
