Joe has integrity and it is obvious he enjoys his job, people like him are hard to come by and especially if they are selling something. If I had my own business Joe would be the first person I'd call to come work for me (I'm sure he won't give up his job to brew Starbucks coffee with me). I am so glad I worked with Joe and I've already bragged to all my friends and family about my experience, and then they ask me what kind of car did I buy. And even days later when I talked my husband in to buying the tire warranty (MI and IL roads are the worst with pot holes the size of kiddy pools) John drew up the papers for us and even for the same price he quoted us earlier. It was quick and easy, with some great advice on who has the best filets around Birmingham. Also I do have to say that the whole Team at Suburban was great. I began my search for a new vehicle via e-mail. Marwa forwarded me to Scott and within a couple hours I had the price and vehicle I was looking for. He found this vehicle in Ionia, e-mailed the window sticker and gave me an out- the-door price all w/in 24 hours.Other dealerships took 2-3 days to respond, with one (where I bought the 2010 Sebring) taking 8 days to get back to me.
