He also treated me with respect, which you do not always get at used car lots. John Sabourin was the person who helped me with the paperwork. He clearly explained everything to me. OVERALL, I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH ROB RADZWIN. HE WAS A VERY HONEST MAN, WHO ANSWERED MY 1001 QUESTIONS. NOW I KNOW WHAT IT FEELS LIKE TO PURCHASE A CAR. MY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AT CHRYSLER GOLLING, I WAS A VERY HONEST MAN, WHO ANSWERED MY 1001 QUESTIONS. NOW I KNOW WHAT IT FEELS LIKE TO PURCHASE A CAR. MY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AT CHRYSLER GOLLING, IN BLOOMFIELD HILLS WAS TERRIBLE-IT MADE ME STOP LOOKING FOR A CAR FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS BECAUSE OF THE SALESMAN. AFTER PURCHASING MY CAR AT YOUR DEALERSHIP I WAS VERY HAPPY EVEN THOUGH AFTER THE FIRST DAY THERE WERE SOME LOOSE ENDS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN LOOKED OVER WITH THE CAR-SO THAT I WOULDNT HAVE HAD TO COME BACK ON MY OWN TIME AFTER THE PURCHASE OF THE CAR. I HAD TOO COME BACK AT LEAST 3 TIMES. THE CD PLAYER STOPPED WORKING AFTER THE FIRST DAY-HAD TO COME BACK BECAUSE THEY NEEDED TO UPGRADE THE SYSTEM,ALSO THE DECALS OFF THE CAR WERE MISSING. EVEN WITH THESE LITTLE LOOSE ENDS ROB RADZWIN DID MAKE IT A PLEASENT EXPERIENCE-HE EVEN ORDERED ME BRAND NEW DECALS(PLUS)! THE ONE THING OVERALL THAT I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH WAS THAT THE WINDSHIELD WAS CRACKED WHEN I PURCHASED THE CAR, AND I WAS PROMISED IT WOULD BE FIXED. I WAITED FOR A CALL DAILY TO COME IN AND FIX IT-NEVER RECEIVED THE CALL AND IN THE FIRST WEEK OF HAVING THE CAR-THE WINDSHIELD CRACKED MORE. HAD TO COME BACK A 3RD TIME- AND THIS TIME I WAS TOLD I HAVE TO PAY FOR A NEW WINDSHIELD OUT OF POCKET(EVEN THOUGH I WAS PROMISED IT WOULD BE FIXED)I WAS UPSET IN THIS CASE BECAUSE ANY OTHER CUSTOMER WOULD HAVE HAGGLED THE TOTAL PRICE OF THE CAR AT THE LEAST OF $500, AND THATS AT THE LEAST, AND TO SELL THE CAR I KNOW THE DEALERSHIP WOULD DROP THE PRICE IN ORDER TO SELL THE CAR. I DID NOT DO ANY OF THIS, SO AT THE LEAST I DID DESERVE TO GET MY WINDSHIELD TAKEN CARE OF. TO COMPLETE ALL OF THIS I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT YOUR SALESMAN ROB RADZWIN, WASD GREAT, AND IF I AM IN THE MARKET AGAIN, IN WHICH I WILL BE IN A COUPLE OF MONTHS-ROB RADWIN WOULD BE THE MAN I CAME TOO. Since the day i walked into the Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Troy, i was welcomed by a very nice Receptionist. I believe her name was Sara. I hope I got it right. I met with Michael Fleming which walked me through a few items. I was listing optios I wanted in a Jeep, within a few moments were walking towards my futuer new vehicle. He showed me a couple different Jeeps and then the one I was to buy. We went on a test drive, I knew this was my next purchase. After leaving the dealership that day i looked at other vehicles, but none quite felt like the Jeep that i was in. I called Michael a few days later and requested another test drive just to make sure. I also needed to add a few more options to the vehicle. Mike said no problem. I walked into the Dealership once more and there was Sara, greeting me with a smile. I asked for Michael and her appeared. Michael and I discussed a few more thing and took my last test drive. To make a long story shorter. This was by far the Best Dealership I have visited. I've bought several vehicles in my short life. This was by far the easiest. When I came in to the dealership in person, I was routed to Bill Messina. Bill was friendly, efficient and straightforward from the start. He was extremely responsive by phone and email, even responding to an email on a Sunday. He went above and beyond working on my trade-in and got me the best deal by far compared to a few other quotes I had received. Bill was easy and pleasant to work with. Exceeded my expectations in overall service and experience. Would definitely recommend him personally to anyone. More
