All I can say is "thank god I was put in touch with Bill". I had been doing the new car search for well over a month and was about to give up. That being said, I did my research and knew what my existing car was worth and that I wanted to find another vehicle that was similar to what I had. Many cars that I had test driven just didn't compare to the Aspen, plus the majority of dealers I had encountered were either pushy or dishonest. I was about to give up and that's when Bill contacted me. At first I was like, here we go again...but this time it was different. Bill was honest and informative and was able to get me what I wanted for my Aspen...plus managed to secure a Durango RT (no easy feat) from our Buckeye neighbors :-) The whole process was quick and simple, the way a car buying experience should be. Bill Messina was very attentive and proactive on searching for this exact vehicle (hard to find), and keeping in touch via phone and email. He found one and did a dealer trade to get her into the vehicle - I didn't know this was possible until I talked to Bill. Bill made it easy for me to fax insurance info, and schedule a late evening pickup. The vehicle was washed & ready to be picked up on time. Paperwork with the Finance dept was quick and easy. They also explained the importance of the wheel and tire package, something I hadn't considered until recently. I definitely appreciate the time and effort they put forth in customer service. The price was what I had planned on and expected from information given from Bill prior to the purchase. I will buy from Suburban Chrylser Jeep Dodge again, and will contact Bill with my inquiries. I also plan to use Suburban for service since te customer service I received upon entering the dealership until I walked out the door was attentive and friendly. More
