He also showed and explained in good detail all the functins of the car and how they worked. When I met with John Sawson we found that there was a misunderstanding concerning the financing. I was not expecting to put any money down on the car because I don't have it to put down. But John was able to come through for me and get me a good deal. Dealership was recommended by USAA bank when I used their purchase program. I was contacted immediately by Jason via e-mail then telephone. He arranged my first visit and introduced me to salesman Ralph. Ral purchase program. I was contacted immediately by Jason via e-mail then telephone. He arranged my first visit and introduced me to salesman Ralph. Ralph was great to work with and like talking to an old friend. He was knowledgable about the vehicle and made it easy to trade in my old car. He made the process a very good experience. He kept in constant contact with me on the status of the car he had to have delivered for me. The only thing we did wrong is not do a once over before I drove off with my new car. The next day I found a small dent in the passenger rear door but it's smaller than the guidelines of the lease turn in policy so I guess all is good. The only real problem was that the finance guy told me he would cancel the service contract on the PT Cruiser I traded in. When I didn't get a refund check for the balance after 3 weeks, I called the service contract folks who told me the dealership never cancelled the contract. It was cancelled only because the vehicle was purchased the day after I traded it in. Now Chrysler Service Contracts has to review my case and it will take even longer to get that refund I was counting on 3 weeks ago. More
