I was extremely happy with the service I received from Jerry Leruth, in Chrysler's New Car Sales. I let him know what I wanted and he went to work. With 10 minutes he was able to provide me with price on a Journey lease I couldn't say no to. The paperwork was done and I picked up the vehicle the next day. I loved my 2009 Journey, but I went in to Suburban after recieving a mailing from them and ended up with a 2012 Journey! Customer service was great. Joe B. was very nice and patient. We really enjoyed having him as our salesperson. I went to Suburban Chrysler Troy to compare and early lease termination with another Michigan dealer. The sales person (Joe Bellomo) matched the other dealerships price, but then asked what they could do lease termination with another Michigan dealer. I also got a fairly good deal from Brandon Stiltner on one of the "extras" they try to sell during the financial process, with no pressure to buy any of the extras. Joe gave an excellent overview of the Town & Country's newer features from my 2010 model, which made me feel very comfortable when driving out of the dealership. I normally spend 1/2 hour reading the owners manual in the parking lot before I leave, but Joe's explanation was sufficient. Overall a very good experience. More
