Everyone was very friendly. Nice atmosphere. Not really thrilled with the mailing stating low leasing rates and in reality that does not exist. Fine print was too fine. Received fast service as soon as we arrived at the dealership. We had all of our questions answered and were test driving the car within 20 minutes. We spent time with Jeff going over the vehicle sp dealership. We had all of our questions answered and were test driving the car within 20 minutes. We spent time with Jeff going over the vehicle specs and he was also willing to look at other Suburban dealerships for possible comparable vehicles for us. After talking we decided we were interested in the vehicle. Although we had not planned for a purchase that day, Jeff and his coworkers were able to work with us to hold the vehicle with a deposit. This gave us time to prepare our trade in vehicle and come back at a time that was convenient for us to complete the purchase. We were able to get comparable financing as they were willing with match our private credit union rates. On the day of the purchase Rob was very thorough in his explanation of service coverage options and was not aggressive in making a sale, which we greatly appreciated. The car was clean and ready for us to drive home that evening! They made it as painless as possible for a very quick and smooth sale! Thanks to all! More
This review is meant for the Used Sales Manager not John, but I do not remember his name. The Sales manager was so rude. I was trying to buy a 2007 GMC Envoy which was in pretty rough shape and had been in a but I do not remember his name. The Sales manager was so rude. I was trying to buy a 2007 GMC Envoy which was in pretty rough shape and had been in an accident. Their asking price was 10k, I offered 9k, but the guy just laughed at my offer. Now not even one week later the asking price is 9k. What a joke of the dealership?! The sales manager questioned my intelligence, and put me and my wife down. Looks like we knew what we were talking about in the end. I will never go to a Suburban dealership again after being treated so poorly. Good luck selling that clunker, we ended up leasing a brand new car for less cost! More
Our experience at Suburban was overall very good. Jim Levandusky was very helpful, and anyone who can put up with my stubborn and incredibly smart father who excels in bargaining, should deserve a medal. The dealership has an excessive wait time. It took a long time to test drive the vehicle and get a trade in amount on my vehicle (2 hours), and then upon my return to purchase the vehicle, I had to wait long time to test drive the vehicle and get a trade in amount on my vehicle (2 hours), and then upon my return to purchase the vehicle, I had to wait one hour past my scheduled "closing" time before I seat down to sign papers. There did not appear to be a sense of urgency or respect for people's time at this dealership unfortunately. More
