I found a car online and ran over to Suburban to check it out. When I arrived I couldn't belive how big the dealership was and how many vehicles were on the lot. When we found the car we wanted it was at one of their other dealerships. He took it upon himself to drive over and pick it up for us. He made sure everything was absolutly perfect. Scott was doing fine, and I didn't find this added (soft) pressure necessary or desirable. Also, the wait time to close the deal (sign the paperwork), and the wait time to pick up the car a day or so later were rather long - maybe 30 minutes each time (small issue, room for improvement). Again, overall my experience was very favorable. 230 miles later, so far, so good. Thanks. More
