I’ve been bringing my car here for the same problem the past two years and paying for a numerous amount of things that they said “was the issue”. There was one time I picked my car up from getting repaired and my “service shifter” light came on, I showed the tech before I left the dealership and he told me “ oh sometimes it just says that” about 2 months later I had to go back to get my shifter replaced. That is just one of many things that I got scammed on. It seems like they tell me things are wrong once at a time so I can basically keep paying the diagnostic fee. I kept telling them how my oil was burning really fast and kylar would tell me it’s just the way I drive (mind you I work from home, and I don’t drive a lot at all) after taking it to another technician he told me that there was a class act lawsuit on a part in my vehicle WHICH MAKES IT BURN OIL FASTER!!! The fact that they didn’t even look into this and I had been complaining for two years is just unacceptable, and seems like they were just trying to ignore what I was saying. There is no way that there is a lawsuit about this issue and no one has any idea of it, if youre working in service you should be up to date on those type of things. Recently my leasing program ends, therefore I was really interested either to take another leasing or finance my current one. Unfortunately, I got poor customer service, he highlighted he was going to be o interested either to take another leasing or finance my current one. Unfortunately, I got poor customer service, he highlighted he was going to be out of the office however I expected to be transferred to another Sales Team member, which was not the case. After 6 years being involved in leasing programs with Jeep, I took another leasing options with other OEM due to the lack of professionalism, customer service, leasing options were not even provided with a good deal. I’m very disappointed. I highly recommend Sales Management to take care about the potential customers by ensuring clients are in good hands. Hopefully this feedback helps to improve results. More

After my vehicle was broken into, with a busted sunroof, exposed wiring, and scratches, I entrusted SCDJR of Troy to address the structural damage. They even offered to take my car to Suburban Collision of Troy for additional scratch repairs. However, two weeks passed, and my vehicle was left outside with only the sunroof fixed. Despite assurances, they never took my car to their collision center and claimed they couldn't find it—quite a puzzling situation. The aftermath was disappointing: glass was not cleaned out, wires remained exposed, seatbelts didn't work, and electrical issues persisted. It's disheartening that my car returned in a worse condition than before. It's worth noting that they may insist you bring your vehicle to the dealer to get a share of the insurance payout—they're not being truthful. If your car is being handled by Kylar (servicer), I strongly recommend saying a prayer that your car will return in a functioning condition. This is the first negative Google review I've ever written, and it serves as a cautionary message for anyone considering this dealership. I anticipate a standard automated response from the dealer in reply to this, but my intention is to share an honest warning with potential customers. More

Service advisor, Joe did a great job explaining the issue with my car to me and got it repaired same day. He had me in and out in no time and my car is running like it’s brand new again.
