Disappointed with Service and Lack of Professionalism! I recently visited CDJR of Troy for a service appointment, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. During the appointment, the I recently visited CDJR of Troy for a service appointment, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. During the appointment, the interior of my vehicle was damaged, and to my surprise, a half-drank pop bottle was left behind in my car. Considering the significant amount of money I spent, I expected a much higher standard of service and professionalism. This lack of care and attention to detail is unacceptable and does not reflect the level of quality one would expect from a dealership of this stature. While I have addressed my concerns with the staff and provided photographic evidence, I am still waiting on a response from the Service Manager to rectify this issue. This delay only adds to my disappointment with the experience. I urge CDJR of Troy to take these matters seriously and improve the professionalism and care in their service process. More

I wrote a review a few weeks ago and it won't let me add to it so I am leaving another one. As a refresher, I bought a used car from them that they listed on carfax as Certified Pre-Owned, and after I bough to it so I am leaving another one. As a refresher, I bought a used car from them that they listed on carfax as Certified Pre-Owned, and after I bought the car, they deleted that information from CarFax. I know they deleted it because I have the hard copy of the CarFax from the day I bought the car. You can see the that the GM asked me to reach out so that we can solve this fairly. I e-mailed him like he asked and his response was that they will not be helping me at all. This is what they do with bad reviews, they did the same thing on Google. They publicly respond like they care but behind closed doors, they provide absolutely nothing to the table. This just shows their true character and what type of business they are actually running. Before submitting this review I tried on 5 different occassions to get a hold of anyone from the Dealership to discuss my concerns. This dealership has gone very far downhill. For many years I had rea occassions to get a hold of anyone from the Dealership to discuss my concerns. This dealership has gone very far downhill. For many years I had really good experiences having my Jeep serviced but started to notice small "misses" along the way (tires not filled, oil light not reset) none of it was never enough to break my trust or lose me as a customer. Until my visit in October. I took my Jeep in over a concern that it was occassionally not starting immediately and sounded like it was out of gas (even though the tank was full). Several hours later the dealership called to say they could not replicate the problem, changed the oii, and sent me on my way. Several weeks later I found myself stranded when the vehicle would not start. I had it towed to another Jeep dealer (where I had a wonderful experience!) and was told the issue was due to an outstanding recall. I'm very disappointed that Suburban did not even review the recall list for my vehicle. I won't trust them again. More
