Bad experience turned out to be a great experience. Happy Brought my sprinter van to get the radiator replaced on 10/25/16. did not drive much since (3500 miles) and today I open the hood because of a noise Brought my sprinter van to get the radiator replaced on 10/25/16. did not drive much since (3500 miles) and today I open the hood because of a noise and saw the front grill was broken and held by a zip tie and the clamp of the turbo hose was tight so hard that it ripped the hose. They were the last people to work on it and they never told me about it. Not happy at all and of course they won't do anything about it. This is what i thought. The service manager Shawn Leline contacted me by phone and with no question ask, he reimburse me for the turbo hose and bought a brand new grille for my van. He was very courteous and kept his words to the end. This turned out to be a great experience and proof that there is stiff few people who keep their words. Awesome job. Thank you More

The porter/greeter and my Service Advisor (Vernon) were very professional as well as the entire service drive team...everyone had a smile. Vernon used a wiADVISOR tablet to write me up for my oil change. Even though there were several customers who had the same idea (quick oil change on a Saturday morning) as me, my oil change only took approximately 30 minutes and I was back on the road. Thank you. Poor after sale I bought a new wrangler here and was satisfied. I purchased additional items that were never installed. 9 months later I'm here for service, recall and 1st oil change and a recall. They signed me in finally one hour after my appointment time. Refused to do work we agreed to when I made appointment finally agreed to most. I went to cancel the products that they have not installed as they cannot accomadate my schedule. I'm a long haul truck driver who is home one day every 3 to 4 months. Even after several attempts to have it installed the refused to cancel item. They are charging for a product they didn't provide. Told me to sue them if I was not happy. I would never do business with such a dishonest and inefficient business. I will not refer anyone again and I intend to buy a pickup truck but won't be a Ram or from a Suburban dealer. There too many honest and good dealers to put up with this behavior. More
Not reliable trustworthy service department I had locks on my vehicle when I took my car in for service and I learned later my locks were removed and replaced with regular lug nuts and the servi I had locks on my vehicle when I took my car in for service and I learned later my locks were removed and replaced with regular lug nuts and the service department did not say anything to me about the situation. And when I questioned the department about the situation they claim they were not on my car and I have a lock for the locks that were removed.I purchaaed my car from this dealership with locks on my wheels. True Rip Off Brought my truck in for ETC light and they told me my gas pedal was bad. Had it replaced and still same issue. Called Chrysler Corporate to file a complaint because I brought my truck in twice for the same issue. Well neither the service advisor or manager would return their calls. I took my truck to another mechanic and he asked did anyone check the throttle body? According to the service advisor she said everything was checked and only the gas pedal was bad. Had the mechanic take a look and replace the throttle body and while he was replacing it one of the larger seals looked as it was chewed on and torn. I kept all the old parts to prove to Chrysler this dealership is horrible. Well now with new seal and throttle body my truck runs great! So if you own your vechical don't let them touch it. I still have prepaid oil changes and I will NEVER let them touch my truck again. More

At 12,000 miles the brakes started to make a noise and pulsate. My husband shared the issue when he went to the dealership for an oil change in July. The service representative said that 12 months had passed so the warranty was no good and there would be a diagnostic fee. They refused to do anything and told us it was our fault for not putting the vehicle in a garage. A $32,000 Jeep with brake issues at 12,000 when the commercials boast of its durability because it was exposed to the elements? We had it repaired elsewhere. The mechanic had NEVER seen a vehicle needing rear brakes before replacing the front brakes 1-2 times. We sent pictures. The dealership's initial response was that they could do nothing without the faulty brakes on the vehicle. Yet they were the ones who refused to look at them upon our initial request. After coming to this site, we received an email from the service manager, Shawn Leline, who forwarded our pictures and repair receipt to the corporation. Since our warranty was expired they required customer participation in the repair so we are expecting a check for most of the repair in 10-14 days. Funny how the service came following the review. Customers should not have to go to these lengths to get a response. We are grateful for the final outcome but disappointed in the path we had to take to get there. More

Their lack of parts and miscommunication caused me a hardship but the service dept. compensated me for the hassle incurred and performed the recall repair as soon as the parts arrived. I wish it didn't happen but it's over now and I do think the dealership and the service dept. is very good and I would not hesitate brining my vehicles back to them for repairs. Old review: Looks like a good dealership but the parts and service areas is questionable. I called the parts department to see if the recall P41 ignition switch parts were in and the parts guy said yes they are but only had a couple so to set up a appointment ASAP because they would be gone quickly. I did just that and talked to a Service Advisor told him the parts guy said they were in but told him to double check. An appointment was made for 8:00 AM the next morning, I dropped off the 2007 Jeep Commander that afternoon. After not hearing from them I called at 11:30 Wed. 10/14/2015 to check on status and the Service Advisor checked and apologized saying not all the parts were there. I went over and picked up the Jeep. I told him they failed on 3 counts = 1: Parts guy gave wrong info. 2: The Service Advisor did not double check on parts (note: he said I did not tell him to check on parts. I'm not a liar "check phone recording or ask my wife ") This should be done anyway it's not the customers responsiibility. 3: With an 8:00 AM appointment why did it take till 11:30 to find out there was not enough parts and why did I have to call to check status. In short I'm not pleased and hope that this does not happen to other people. I waisted a lot of time and gas because of their fowl up. More
