My 2020 Pacifica had routers and pads replaced at 7,000 miles and again at 22,750 miles. They said excessive rust is normal. 3 days of promises and finally I took the car in for service. They said they were going to replace them but WERE NOT! And they used my wheel kit and DID NOT put it back in my glove compartment after they used it. No one will returns calls from the dealership. Communication there is terrible. Frustrated! More

Amanda was wonderful to deal with during my call in to the service dept and also at the time of service which was for a software recall. I took her card so I could contact her directly next time I need s the service dept and also at the time of service which was for a software recall. Company should get that fixed or you'll start to lose customers. Amanda saved the day when I called back and she picked up the phone. Thank you Amanda!! More

11/15/22 - I have been going to this dealership for a year now. This morning, I had some various repairs done on my car. DEE FIELDS, Express Service Advisor, could NOT have been more helpful. She was mos year now. This morning, I had some various repairs done on my car. DEE FIELDS, Express Service Advisor, could NOT have been more helpful. She was most friendly, knowledgeable, just overall excellent and is a credit to this organization....and got my work done surprisingly quickly. Kudos also to Eric, who worked on my car. Add to that, this dealership is a very friendly and enjoyable place in which to wait for your repairs to be completed. I wouldn't think of going to another dealership. Took my car there for service and they said it would be minimum of 2 days even before looking at what problem it might be. In all years of taking vehicles in shop never have I had a dealership tell me that minimum of 2 days even before looking at what problem it might be. In all years of taking vehicles in shop never have I had a dealership tell me that. Always had answer of the problem to fix within 6 hours at other dealers. Then I was told if they don’t have part I can come get car and bring back when part is in. Hmmm wonder will that take 2 days to get them to put new part in? Looking of new dealership with faster responds time cuz really who can be without car for that long? Any suggestions for different dealership what be great. More
