I have been buying new and used cars from Crestwood Dodge for more than 5 years. Bruce was introduced to me through another family member. He is easy to talk to and understands my concerns and he pays attention to what it is I'm looking for. I bought a Jeep earlier this year and Bruce made the process easy and worry free. I knew at that time that we would need another car around summertime and Bruce periodically checked in with me to get an idea of the vehicle I wanted and the price range I was interested in. Summertime is here and we need that another vehicle. Bruce called me and we talked about another Jeep. While I was at work, he did all the paper work and got everything processed. That same day after work I took a test drive, signed the papers and was good to go in about an hour. I JUST LOVED THAT! I wish all transactions were that easy. Bruce took care of the Secretary of State, gave me a real good deal on my new second Jeep, his wonderful boss James was great help concerning the financing, and all the way around, a happy experience. I'm glad to consider Bruce a personal friend and I plan on doing all my future business needs at Crestwood, with Bruce. Crestwood also has the cleanest service department I have ever seen (I'm picky about that)and the people are very friendly. More

I have bought several new vehicles and it has always been a pleasant experience. This dealership was a nightmare! Took my $500 check to hold till they could locate a 2012 black Dodge Challenger, several da a pleasant experience. This dealership was a nightmare! Took my $500 check to hold till they could locate a 2012 black Dodge Challenger, several days later still no car but yet my checked cleared my bank. After the run around of I'll have one on this day or that, we opted to get out of there and try another dealership hoping to get a better buying experience! Asked for my check back and was told it hadn't cleared their bank, and I was like wait you were only suppose to hold that until you actually found me a car? I was furious! Went home got on my computer and printed out the copy of the check they had endorsed days prior and my bank statement showing them it's been cashed and marched back up for my money. And beleive it or not they still said if it doesn't show on our end we can't do anything. At this point heated discussion and no apologies from anyone on how poorly they treated me and said I'd never recommend this place to anyone, they gave me a check and I gladly left! One of comments that killed me was "our computers are slow and I didn't know that car I thought was available wasn't" or "did you bring the white receipt we gave you for the check you left us because just like at Target you need a receipt to get your money back", and I was like yea but that's when your returning something, the difference here is, you never got me a car so there's nothing to return. Totally unprofessionaly is all I can! More

I bought a vehicle from them after taking it in for evaporating coolant 4 different times and them telling me nothing was wrong with it, the radiator finally blew up. I bought the extended warranty through them for the vehicle yet some how nothing is covered by this warranty I spent $3000 on. Don't believe their warranty people they talk them up but sell you xxxx. how was my 4wd not working and my leaking radiator not covered by a "bumper to bumper" warranty? Any ways beware of their service department and their sales team. This place has no real customer service. More
I walked into the dealership at 6pm not realizing the time because I had forgotten my watch. I saw on the door sales hours were till 6pm. Well I wasn't wearing any bright clothing so that should let you know what that was ment to say. He never apologized after everyone laughed and I walked out but told me that I had taken it the wrong way and what could he help me with. Of course, there was nothing at this point. I don't think that is the right way to treat possible customers. More
